Even though your bike is listed in the compatibility section of this listing your bike must also use a key code between
    A7001-A8500 / B7001-B8000
, if it doesn’t, this is not the correct blank for your bike.
You need to know your key-code to buy the correct key blank.
    These are uncut key blanks,
you'll have to take them and your current working key to a locksmith, hardware store or reputable key cutter and have them cut before they can be used in your ignition or lock.
    Before you have them cut,
make sure this blank is correct for your ignition or lock by sliding the
    uncut
key blank into the key hole. If the blank will not slide in the key hole, it's not the correct blank.
No returns on key blanks that have been cut.
The key blanks you receive may be a different brand or head (bow) shape than the one pictured.
The key you receive will look different than your current OEM key, it may be a bit longer, shorter or a different style head but will still work fine in your ignition or lock.
Places to look for your bike's key code:
    1. Stamped on the blade your original OEM key.
    2. Hand written in your owners manual or on other paperwork that came with your bike when it was purchased new. The original owner or dealership may have written the key code in there somewhere.
    3. Stamped on the housing of the ignition switch or one of the locks, removal of the switch or lock will probably be necessary to find the code. Sometimes the ignition, seat lock, helmet lock and fork lock may have been replaced. They may not use the same key code.
No returns on key blanks that have been cut.
