She measures approximately 8 inches tall. Not ball jointed, but arms are movable at shoulders, legs at hips, and head at the neck. The arms are a softer flexible plastic, legs are not. Snaps on dress are intact. No panties. Her hair is thick and full - I pulled it back in a pony tail and tied a ribbon in her hair.
