Antique Kirk & Sons Sterling Silver Full-Chased Repousse Footed Salver 10"

Description

This listing is for an antique sterling silver footed salver tray made by S. Kirk & Son in the Repousse pattern.  This Kirk & Son hallmark was used between 1868 - 1890 so this piece is at least 130 years old.  The pattern/piece number is #513.  The top surface has a cross-hatch design and it sits on 4 ball and claw feet.  There is a 4 letter engraving/monogram which looks like CHRT on the top side and on the back is engraved P.P.S., Oct 23-1894, C.V.R.T. June 23 - 1951.
The tray is 10" in diameter, 1" tall and it is made of heavy gauge silver weighing 15.33 troy ounces.
Very good, pre-owned, used condition.  No distracting dings or dents but does have  light surface scratches from use, polishing and storage.  It could use a really good polishing/buffing.
