Here for sale is this exquisite Hutschenreuther dog figurine of a Irish Red Setter
- handmade and handpainted fired porcelain in excellent condition. Produced from the highly regarded german manufactury Hutschenreuther (today a part of Rosenthal, Selb, Bavaria Germany. This huge figurine is extremely RARE to find. Designed by Karl Tutter, one of the most famous Hutschenreuther sculptors for animal figurines. This figure has a hallmark used about 1955. The figurine is about 65 years old and is in excellent condition without any chips, cracks, flaws or repairs. I do not know why there is a scratch through the hallmark. Tremendous Figure, outstanding details, very lifelike figurine.

Karl Tutter (* 1883  Neudek    † 1969 Selb) was one of the most famous porcelain modellers of the 20th century. His porcelain works gained him fame nationally and intenationally. To some extent the Hutschenreuther art figurines owe their good reputation to Karl Tutter. He created a large number of figurines for the brand Hutschenreuther, such as "Sonnenkind" (sunchild), "Nach dem Bade" (after the bath) or "Finale".

In dieser Auktion wird ein sehr seltener Irish Setter angeboten. Wundervolle Arbeit des Bildhauers Karl Tutter. Dieser Setter in  naturalistischer Bemalung ist nur sehr selten zu finden. Im Sockel  bezeichnet mit grüner Stempelmarke aus der Zeit um 1955. Diese handgemalte Figur ist trotz ihres Alters von ca. 65 Jahren in einem  sehr guten Zustand - siehe Fotos. Aus unerfindlichen Gründen ein Schleifstrich durch die Manufakturmarke.
