Midcentury Modern sterling silver bar tray. Made by Gorham in Providence. Square with curved corners, plain and tapering sides, and scalloped corners. Well has engraved drinks-mixing chart in form of grid with ingredients at right and measurements and serving instructions at bottom. At top is the menu from Alexander to Woodstock. A great piece from the time when "Woodstock" meant 2 parts apple jack, 1 part vermouth, and 4 dashes of bitters, not a roll-around-in-the-mud hippy bacchanal. "Reminiscences of Happy Days" engraved in upper right corner. Indeed! Fully marked including maker's stamp and no. 271. Very good condition with some evidence of consultation, though fully legible for several more rounds.
