Pair of French Border Large Size Compotes Tazzas
Circa 1900
A large pair of American sterling silver compotes in the French Border pattern retailed by Marcus of New York and attributed to Graff, Washbourne & Dunn of Washington DC.  Total weight 41.55 troy oz. Diameter of the top is 10 1/2"; height  4".  The top has some fine engraved decoration. They are in excellent condition and never monogrammed.  One of the compotes is marked Marcus & Co. New York.  The other compote is marked sterling, patent 10 1/2".
