    Description

    10 5/8" Beautiful champleve enamel. There isn't a lot of information readily avaliable from this time period and enamel items are rare.
    This particular piece is larger and heavier than most. Slight concave center design holds whatever treat you desire. Presents beautifully with a doily to protect the enamel and finish.
    I did some research on Tiffany back stamps, the pattern number 20044 dates the first production of this design to 1922. The "M" indicates possible production until 1947 by Tiffany silversmiths under the directorship of John C Moore II. Most likely this was made between 1922 and 1935. In very good condition, no dings or dents. Has minor scratches consistant with age, none are deep. and could be buffed by an expert if so desired. Personally I like knowing this item has been cherished and used many times over.
    The enamel is free of any chips or flakes.
