This is a group of sterling silver and enamel disks, possibly part of souvenir spoons or jewelry at one time and could be used in jewelry making or crafting.  Each one represents a different geographical area/item:  Chinese Theater Hollywood CA; City of the Crosses Tortugas Las Cruces, NM; Cabildo New Orleans LA.  These appear to be rhodium plated to keep them from tarnishing.  Be creative!
